Finance Budgeting & Reporting

The Finance Budgeting & Reporting system allows district business managers to establish budgets for schools and other Intermediate Budget Units (IBUs). School administrators are then able to view their budget as well as the Delaware Financial Management System (DFMS) transactions that affect their budget. DFMS transactions are captured at the end of each business day. Several reports are also available to the district administrative office, including a comprehensive Detail Activity listing that enables the user to view specific DFMS transactions.
